Manage bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and monthly close cycles.
Ensure full compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
Monitor daily working capital and build long term financial forecasts.
Optimize billing and vendor payment processes.
Lead the preparation and oversight of profit and loss reporting across multiple business portfolios.
Perform analysis at product and business line levels.
Design internal approval processes to safeguard against financial and operational risks.
Create and report on departmental budgets with a focus on margin control.
Implement and manage accounting or ERP systems.

Previous history as a Financial Controller, Head of Finance, or senior finance lead.
Experience in a startup or high growth environment is preferred.
Strong background in compliance, reporting, and hands on accounting management.
Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and turning complex data into actionable insights.
Ability to explain financial data clearly to team members who are not financially literate.
You are comfortable rolling up your sleeves to do the work while also thinking strategically.
Experience implementing AI powered accounting platforms like Datarails is a plus.
