About this role
Role Overview
Manage CES’s full portfolio of client accounts from Onboarding to Renewal
Bridge strategic account management with operational delivery
Work closely with Product, Delivery, and Support teams to ensure clients receive high-quality experience
Drive improvements across the client journey
Identify gaps in client expectations and coordinate internal teams for resolution
Monitor and track overall account health including financial and service metrics
Lead formal client communications and quarterly business review meetings
Develop and implement client success strategy in partnership with Head of G&CS
Consolidate overall accountability for client management
Requirements
10+ years’ experience in Account management or Client Engagement manager roles
Experience managing c-suite client relationships across multimillion-dollar accounts
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Managed relationships across strategic technology and software development projects
Ability to lead, manage and motivate stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple projects successfully
High attention to detail and ownership
Comfortable with ambiguity and complexity
Capable of influencing and maintaining stakeholder satisfaction
Desire to progress and lead others
