Create, update, and deactivate master data records, including Suppliers (Refund Points, First Suppliers, Processors, Logistics Providers, Recyclers/MRFs)
User accounts and role-based access
Reference data (such as handling fees, pricing structures or material types)
Ensure contractual SLAs are consistently met.
Perform regular audits, reconciliations, and data quality checks.
Identify inconsistencies, proactively resolve data issues, and escalate when required.
Operate existing master data automation tools and workflows.
Become the subject matter expert for the master data automation framework.
Contribute to process improvements, documentation updates, and efficiency initiatives
Support and collaborate with internal teams for any data-related queries or requests.
Support urgent or time-sensitive updates where required (including occasional after-hours).
Requirements
Proven experience in a Master Data Administration
Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles
Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and validation
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy standards
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
