Development of concepts and content formats with talents
Act as the interface between talents and our partners: plan and coordinate interactions and ensure talent wellbeing
Identify and acquire new talent for existing and future formats and shows

At least 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, e.g., at a digital, social media or PR agency
Interest in and a good sense for the latest digital and consumer trends
Confident use of all common social media platforms and online communities
Ideally experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
High creativity and motivation
Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
