You are the primary point of contact for our in-house talents
You support the search for new collaboration partners, create new offers and handle incoming inquiries
You demonstrate your negotiation skills in contracts as well as in price negotiations with providers and service partners
You develop concepts and content formats together with the talents and support them in implementation
You act as an interface between the talents and our partners, schedule their engagements and ensure their well‑being
You identify and recruit potential new talents for existing and future formats and shows
Together we help them work with a future-oriented approach and create new opportunities beyond the role of an artist

At least 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, e.g., at a digital, social media or PR agency
Interest in and an eye for the latest digital and consumer trends
Confident use of all common social media networks and online communities
Ideally experience in implementing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
High creativity and motivation
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
