About this role

You assist with coordinating our in‑house talents
You support the search for new collaboration partners, prepare proposals, and handle incoming inquiries
You develop your negotiation skills in contracts as well as in price negotiations with vendors and service providers (collaboration partners)
You support the artist managers with concepts and content formats for talents and help implement them
You act as the interface between the talents and our partners, plan their assignments and ensure their well‑being
You identify and acquire potential new collaboration partners and future formats and shows

Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, e.g., at a digital, social media, or PR agency
Interest in and a good sense for the latest digital and consumer trends
Proficient with major social media platforms and online communities
Ideally, experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
High creativity and motivation
Fluent German and strong written and spoken English
