You assist with coordinating our in-house talent
You work on your negotiation skills in contract discussions as well as price negotiations with vendors and service providers (collaboration partners)
You support the Artist Managers with concepts and content formats for talent and help to implement them
You act as the liaison between the talent and our partners, plan their assignments and ensure their well-being
You identify and acquire potential new collaboration partners and upcoming formats and shows

At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing
Proficient in using major social media platforms and online communities
Ideally experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
Fluent in German and good English skills, both written and spoken
Strong creativity and motivation
