You support the search for new collaboration partners
You will learn, during the course of collaboration, how to prepare and send inquiries and proposals
You will learn about price negotiations and market rates and will receive initial opportunities to demonstrate your negotiation skills (by arrangement)
You will learn about contract structures in this industry and their common pitfalls and begin reviewing initial contracts
You support the Artist Managers with concepts and content formats for talents and help bring them to life
You act as an interface between talents and our partners, schedule their engagements and ensure their wellbeing
You identify and acquire potential new collaboration partners and future formats
Requirements
Minimum: internship, working-student position and/or vocational training in influencer marketing, online marketing (e.g., at a digital, social media or PR agency)
Interest in and a good sense for the latest digital and consumer trends
Confident handling of all common social media networks and online communities
Ideally, experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
Fluent German and a good command of English, both written and spoken
