About this role
Role Overview
Take ownership of the entire sales cycle
Make initial prospecting calls, run demos, and lead first sales conversations
Independently close straightforward deals
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with at least 30 active opportunities at various stages
Refine call scripts and email sequences
Work closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth deployments
Identify weak signals from the field and relay them to the product roadmap
Manage complex sales cycles (groups, multi-site engagements, multiple stakeholders)
Help structure and evolve the sales playbook
Participate in onboarding and training for new Sales hires (coaching, sharing learnings)
Own selected strategic accounts (long-term follow-up and expansion)
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience (SDR, Business Development, AE, etc.)
Proven ability to close and manage short
and medium-length sales cycles
Experience closing enterprise accounts
Comfortable with cold outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
Comfortable working in a startup environment: fast-paced, demanding, and iterative
Strong preference for fieldwork, education, and having a tangible impact
Native-level French and strong written and spoken English
Preferably experienced in healthcare, AI, B2B SaaS, or the medical sector
Familiarity with Attio, Notion, Slack, and Apollo
Existing network in healthcare (associations, groups, practitioners) is a plus
