Role Overview
- Conducting independent client consultations with a focus on marital property and inheritance law
- Drafting documents such as marriage contracts, cohabitation agreements, and inheritance contracts
- Managing estate settlements
- Delivering presentations at client events
- Conducting internal training
- Expanding the department's service offering
Requirements
- (Business) lawyer or notary; paralegal candidates may also be considered
- Knowledge of banking operations and procedures
- Knowledge of adult protection law (guardianship/curatorship)
- Professional experience in inheritance/estate advisory
- Analytical, team-oriented personality with a strong client focus
- Self-motivated with diplomatic tact
- IT affinity and proficiency in MS Office
- Mobility (ability to travel as required)
- German and English
