Craft executive-level presentations that highlight significant findings, business implications, and strategic recommendations with strong storytelling and visual clarity
Leverage creative storytelling techniques to guide audiences through insights in a concise, structured and impactful way to engage and influence
Analyse NPS-style survey data and other client feedback across Marketing Services and B2B sectors to uncover trends, risks, growth opportunities and other actionable insights
Develop industry-level presentations across sectors, regions and markets for client delivery and thought leadership initiatives
Monitor industry trends and competitive benchmarks to contextualise insights and support strategic decision-making
Present insights to internal teams, including senior executives, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
Partner with analytics, product and client facing teams to identify gaps in offerings and co-create innovative solutions
Requirements
Proven experience in insights, data analysis, consultancy or strategy roles at a mid-senior level
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel and PowerPoint)
Familiarity with survey analytics and NPS-style methodologies
Experience with data visualisation tools
Experience working with CRM systems like Salesforce
Proven ability to develop and present executive-level insights
Experience in agency/client landscape is a plus
