Requirements
You have a degree in Media Management, Media/Communication Studies, Business Administration, or a comparable field
You have at least 2 years of professional experience in artist management and are an expert in supporting creators
You have a strong network — you cultivate relationships and bring solid industry contacts
You live and breathe social media and have a keen sense for current trends and platform mechanics
You are professional, empathetic, and open; structured communication is one of your strengths
You are business-fluent in German and English
You work independently, are organized, and highly reliable
You enjoy driving topics within a team and work proactively and solution-oriented
