Requirements
Degree or training in Graphic/Communication Design, Media Design, or equivalent practical experience
2+ years of relevant design experience (agency or in-house) – portfolio/work samples required
Strong understanding of social platforms & formats (especially Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and their requirements (safe areas, legibility, hook logic, format sizes)
Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma and Canva
Strong in typography, layout, visual language, brand identity (CI/CD) and designing under time pressure (without loss of quality)
High quality standards combined with pragmatic speed
Self-organization, prioritization, and clean work across parallel projects
Team-oriented, receptive to feedback, solution-focused
Curious about trends (without jumping on every hype)
