Sales manager for Nuclear application, who should have the ability to sell the pump independently
Provide support and counsel to the GM/ Team Leader concerning the sales and marketing area in certain market
Actively engages himself in the planning, marketing, promoting and presentation activities
Supporting the company’s participation in the exhibitions
Develops business strategies to assure awareness of opportunities, trends, competitive and realize the order intake
Develops intense friendly relationship with the customer base
Observes and report periodically about all major competitor movements
Periodically reports about the critical functions and results as well as expectations
Monthly reports about all sales and travelling activities, including new projects and follow up of existing open projects regarding potential closes as well as project
Carries out direct face to face technology presentations respectively support technology presentations and closing negotiations with customers
Participate actively in all strategic planning activities regarding annual sales forecast
Requirements
Graduate from university, major in hydraulic mechanical or other engineering background, bachelor degree or above
Working as sales position in Nuclear business above 5 years, had above 5 years Sales experience in the pump company
CET4 or above, good for reading & writing of English, some of oral English is preferred
Good at writing & reading E-mails in English
Good for normal software such Excel, Word, Power point etc.
Good patience, communication and excellent negotiation skill, strong and flexible in negotiation
