As an ICT System Engineer, you identify requirements based on customer needs and develop solutions accordingly.
In the team you implement holistic system solutions (client, network, server, cloud, software and security), take on project leads and ensure the stable operation of our services.
Our team and our customers support you with tasks and incidents and see you as a competent point of contact.
You organize yourself and work on your tasks according to priorities.
If required, you receive support from your team colleagues.
After a comprehensive onboarding, you will have the opportunity to gradually take operational responsibility for individual SLYNET services. This includes, among other things, acting as the technical contact person, maintaining and further developing the service.
Requirements
Vocational diploma in IT (Informatiker EFZ) with at least 5 years of professional experience, or 3 years with a completed University of Applied Sciences (FH) degree
Independent problem solving through an analytical and structured way of working
High willingness to learn and quick comprehension
Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server and client systems, Active Directory, virtualization solutions (Hyper-V) and IP networks
You are a doer and complete tasks end-to-end
Enjoyment of direct customer contact
Linux knowledge is an advantage
Strong command of German and ability to communicate in English
Willingness to participate in on-call duty
Team-oriented working with a strong sense of responsibility and duty
