You proactively identify and target ideal customers (outbound), including direct outreach to decision-makers
You conduct structured discovery conversations, clearly qualify opportunities, and keep your pipeline robust
You develop proposals and business cases together with subject-matter experts that are sound both technically and commercially
You present solutions, lead negotiations, and confidently bring deals to close
You collaborate with Marketing on scalable lead generation and sharpen processes so outbound activities have measurable impact
You ensure a clean handover to Delivery & Finance with clear expectation management
Requirements
Several years of proven success in B2B new-business sales with complex sales cycles and solution-oriented IT offerings
Confidence in selling IT services and digital solutions in conversations at C-level
Strong in cold calling and able to approach decision-makers directly, professionally and effectively
Fast learner who quickly adapts to new customer contexts, topics and technical relationships
Strong closing skills: you negotiate decisively, follow through and drive opportunities over the finish line
You work in a structured way with pipeline discipline, reliable forecasting and clear qualification criteria
Familiarity with CRM (e.g., HubSpot) and modern sales tools; you use systems as a control/management instrument
Excellent written and spoken German and English
