Work closely with Customers, Partners, Sales and Technical teams
Ensure assigned IT infrastructure-based projects are delivered on time, within budget, to agreed scope
Serve as the technical point of contact for implementation services and solutions, either remotely or on-site
Provide pre-sales support and expertise to the sales team
Respond to customer, technology and internal stakeholders’ changing requirements as required

Must be an Australian Citizen to achieve Baseline or NV1 security clearance
Experience working with external enterprise customers in delivering projects in professional services environments
Experience with design, implementation and optimization of Windows Server and Active Directory
Experience with VMware Cloud Foundation 9.0
Experience with Virtualization (VMWare, Hyper-V, AHV)

Proven ability to communicate solutions effectively
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Design, implementation and optimization experience in Backup and recovery i.e Commvault, Veeam is desirable
Design, implementation and optimization experience in Hyperconverged technologies i.e. Nutanix, Dell, Cisco is desirable
