Lead Information Security Software Engineer – ISE

Role Overview

• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain custom code and integrations
• Develop novel solutions to detection, response, and intel-related challenges
• Champion SOLID application design
• Prepare and run automated tests
• Participate in Agile ceremonies
• Create changes through integrated Peer Review process
• Identify and propose new integrations and security solutions
• Establish relationships with Threat Interdiction teams
• Mentor junior engineers in cloud and application design

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or comparable
• 4-8+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, C/C++, C#, Go)
• Expertise in API driven middleware or modern web frameworks (Vue.js, Angular, React, FastAPI, Django)
• Ability to write readable and complete test code
• AWS experience with modern serverless and hybrid patterns
• Proven track record of building tooling, automation and/or services
• Knowledge of tools for Information Security (Splunk, Elasticsearch, EDR, SIEM, SOAR, XDR)
• An architect's mindset for troubleshooting distributed systems
