Requirements
A strong track record of driving sustainable business and client growth
Deep expertise and experience across Trade Finance and potentially working capital or export finance products, as you will also have a possibility to venture export finance sales, if your interest and knowhow support that.
Strong analytical capability and strategic advisory daring to challenge, explore and be creative
A proven ability to build long-term, trusted relationships with senior corporate stakeholders
A collaborative mindset and experience working seamlessly across functions and borders
High sense of personal ownership, proactivity, and a strong commitment to continuous development
Fluency in English is required, Finnish is a benefit, along with a relevant academic degree or equivalent and/or comparable professional experience in an international environment.
