Build and strengthen Malt's visibility in the French media landscape by managing relationships with journalists and PR agencies, producing high‑impact press content (op-eds, press releases, interviews), and embedding Malt within key institutional ecosystems.
Requirements
PR expertise & media strategy: 7+ years in a PR agency or equivalent in-house role. Strong command of news cycles, editorial formats and press content strategy.
Journalist network: Established contacts across French media (business, tech, mainstream, HR press). Ability to activate and nurture these relationships over time.
Writing & narrative: Ability to turn complex data or technical topics into compelling press content (op-eds, press releases, pitches).
Institutional partnerships: Knowledge of French Tech / France Digitale ecosystems. Ability to represent Malt externally and build strategic alliances.
PR agency management: Experience briefing, managing and evaluating an external PR agency in alignment with internal objectives and narratives.
Spokesperson coaching: Writing briefs, talking points and training materials for C‑level executives ahead of interviews and public events.
