Assist Senior Designers and Art Directors in the production of high-quality visual assets for digital, social, and print platforms.
Learn and apply Twilio’s brand guidelines rigorously, ensuring every piece of work aligns with our visual identity.
Take direction and feedback from creative leads to iterate on designs, helping to move projects from concept to final delivery.
Prepare files for production, including resizing assets for various channels, styling presentations, and organizing creative libraries.
Participate in creative brainstorms and team meetings, bringing fresh perspectives and a "builder" mindset to the table.

Actively working on or have a Bachelor level degree in Graphic Design or 1-3 years of work experience in a design-related field
A strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
Early mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
An eagle eye for alignment, spelling, and brand accuracy.
A hunger to learn, a positive attitude toward feedback, and the ability to manage multiple small tasks simultaneously.
