Develop new pages and experiences across RD Station’s websites and digital assets;
Build lead and customer acquisition tools such as calculators, generators, and interactive flows;
Maintain and evolve the codebase built with Next.js, React, and Node.js;
Participate in implementing A/B tests and conversion optimization experiments;
Continuously improve asset performance (Core Web Vitals, SEO, and load speed);
Implement tracking and monitor usage and conversion metrics;
Contribute to code quality, automated tests, and development best practices.

Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
Experience with React (or another reactive framework) and interest in Next.js;
Knowledge of Node.js;
Experience consuming and creating REST APIs;
Familiarity with web performance metrics (e.g., Core Web Vitals);
Experience with or interest in using AI tools for development (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot).
