Own internal platforms, integrations, automations, and data flows (excluding BI)
Own Salesforce and Chargebee as products, including objects, flows, and automations
Define, prioritize, and drive internal system improvements
Structure, filter, and prioritize internal requests for Engineering
Write clear technical requirements, acceptance criteria, and integration tests
Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce, Chargebee, and internal systems
Own Zapier processes and integration architecture

4+ years of experience in Product, Engineering, or a Technical Product Manager role
Strong technical background in backend systems, APIs, and integrations
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures
Direct experience with Salesforce, Chargebee, Zapier, and similar SaaS tools
Comfortable working closely with engineers, DevOps, and QA teams
Translate business needs into precise technical requirements and priorities
Communicate clearly, manage stakeholders effectively, and prioritize confidently
Business-fluent in English (min. C1); German is a plus
