MeridianLink is seeking a Product Manager to be an integral part of their Product Management team, focusing on partner integrations. The role involves shaping the integration strategy, prioritizing opportunities, and collaborating with partners to drive revenue growth while ensuring successful delivery of integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Maximize development team productivity within a scrum framework to ensure successful and timely integration deliveries
- Write clear, concise PRDs and user stories to provide engineering teams with focused requirements and goals
- Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and product demos, and ensure a well-maintained backlog aligned with team OKRs
- Define and monitor product KPIs, leveraging data to drive prioritization and demonstrate business impact
- Drive product roadmap prioritization by expressing backlog items clearly and ordering them to maximize team value and organizational goals
- Ensure integrations are prioritized based on business value and partner impact
- Design, develop, test, and maintain RESTful and SOAP APIs to support seamless integration between internal platforms and external financial partners
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define API contracts, data models, and integration requirements
- Enhance and support existing APIs, ensuring high standards of performance, reliability, security, and scalability
- Troubleshoot and resolve API-related issues across distributed systems
- Work closely with fellow Product Managers to maintain coherence and alignment across product areas
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Marketplace Partner teams to resolve roadblocks and ensure project delivery
- Understand user, customer, and partner needs, ensuring the partner product vision is clear and delivered effectively
- Communicate the voice of the customer and champion customer-centric development
- Analyze process and outcome data to identify improvement opportunities and recommend meaningful changes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in partner integrations, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to perform tasks of moderate complexity independently, while seeking support for complex challenges
- Strong analytical skills and experience working on problems of moderate scope, requiring the review of diverse factors
- Sound judgment within established procedures and practices to determine relevant actions
- Proficient in applying learned problem-solving techniques and contributing to analytical investigations
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with a collaborative approach to resolving internal and external challenges
- Experience with API Development & Integration is needed
