Role Overview
What You’ll Do
Project Coordination & Delivery (Primary Focus)
- Coordinate website projects from planning through launch
- Manage timelines, tasks, and deliverables across multiple projects
- Help in the coordinator of Web projects with Web Project Managers and other team members
- Ensure clear communication of requirements, feedback, and updates
- Understand projects scope and help keep projects on track with the team
- Support with QA processes and launch readiness
Collaboration & Process (Ongoing Focus)
- Work closely with Project Managers, designers, developers, and marketing team members
- Help improve internal workflows and project management processes when needed
- Maintain documentation, briefs, and project assets
- Contribute to a culture of accountability, clarity, and continuous improvement
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in website project management or Website project coordination
- Strong understanding of web projects (WordPress is a necessity, custom builds or Shopify is a plus)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Clear and confident communicator with both clients and internal teams
- Fully bilingual (French and English, spoken and written)
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Profil recherché
- Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en gestion ou coordination de projets web
- Bonne compréhension des projets web (WordPress est requis, les projets sur mesure ou Shopify sont un atout)
- Excellentes compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication, avec aisance auprès des clients et des équipes internes
- Bilingue (français et anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit)
- Souci du détail et attitude proactive axée sur la résolution de problèmes
