Your primary focus will be supporting our DaaS model, ensuring a smooth, continuous flow of creative output.
You will act as a direct extension of our clients' in-house teams, turning raw footage and briefs into polished visual communication.
Execute a steady stream of diverse video tasks sequentially.
Handle everything from urgent performance marketing campaigns (social video ads, Reels, TikToks) to motion branding assets.
Receive briefs, share drafts, and communicate daily via Slack, making quick and clear communication just as important as the edit itself.
Implement feedback quickly, efficiently, and without ego.
Translate fast-paced Slack briefs into functional, visually compelling video narratives that capture attention in the first 3 seconds and drive conversions.
Work across multiple client portfolios, strictly adhering to diverse brand guidelines.
Requirements
A strong body of work demonstrating not just creative editing, but commercial awareness.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro and After Effects (knowledge of DaVinci Resolve or audio editing basics is a plus).
2+ years of experience, ideally within an agency or a fast-paced in-house team.
Fluent in English (our corporate language) with the ability to articulate pacing and editing decisions clearly.
