Preparation of technical studies whose main scope items include: the Contracting Party's needs, current scenario (as-is), identification of problems and limitations, market comparative analysis, proposed technical scenarios and investment options (to-be), among other information, in accordance with the standards and requirements established by the Contracting Party and current legislation.
Preparation of technical specifications to compose Terms of Reference for the Contracting Party's administrative procurement processes, compatible with its standards and requirements and in accordance with current legislation.
Identify opportunities, test and validate the technical and strategic feasibility of projects, ensuring solutions aligned with the Contracting Party's needs.
Training and knowledge transfer through workshops and training sessions on processes and technologies.

Bachelor's degree or higher (undergraduate and/or postgraduate) in Information Technology.
Certifications and professional courses that reinforce the required activities, for example: cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.
