Preparation of technical specifications to compose Terms of Reference for the Contracting Party's administrative procurement processes, compatible with its standards and requirements and in accordance with current legislation.
Identify opportunities, test and validate the technical and strategic feasibility of projects, ensuring solutions aligned with the Contracting Party's needs.
Training and knowledge transfer through workshops and training sessions on processes and technologies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher (undergraduate and/or postgraduate) in Information Technology.
Certifications and professional courses that reinforce the required activities, for example: cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.
