Provide advisory support in the development of the CLIENT's ICT strategic planning
Provide development or consultancy in drafting policies, processes, methodologies, metrics and indicators related to ICT Governance and Enterprise Architecture based on market best practices and frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, ISO, etc.)
Conduct comprehensive assessments of the CLIENT's current ICT infrastructure, processes, resources and ICT strategies, focusing on identifying improvement opportunities, strategic alignment and optimization of technological resources
Prepare strategic reports and recommendations on studies, architectures, technology products and services
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (undergraduate and/or postgraduate) in Information Technology
Professional certifications and courses that reinforce knowledge in the activities described, for example: COBIT, ITIL, ISO frameworks, etc.
