Lead architecture assurance initiatives across corporate functions to ensure alignment with RTX’s enterprise strategy, compliance with policies, and adherence to architectural principles
Develop and enhance enterprise-wide architecture assurance frameworks, methodologies, and governance standards
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership by providing insights into architectural risks, opportunities, and innovations
Conduct architecture reviews for key corporate programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and RTX's technology roadmap
Collaborate with corporate IT, cybersecurity, and digital transformation teams to develop solutions that optimize efficiency, scalability, and security
Identify and mitigate architectural risks, ensuring proactive planning and resolution
Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to inform architectural decisions and drive competitive advantage
Provide mentorship to team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the corporate architecture team
Prepare and present architecture assurance reports, metrics, and recommendations to executive leadership

Minimum of 12+ years’ experience in enterprise architect, architect assurance or systems engineering
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree
Expertise in architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar methodologies
Proven track record of working in a highly matrixed, complex corporate environment and managing cross-functional teams
Experience with Planview EA, Sparx EA, and ServiceNow
Familiarity with corporate governance, regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements
