The Manager, Global Influencer & Advocacy will be a culturally fluent, data-savvy and relationship driven member of our Global Consumer Marketing team.
Reporting directly to the Global Director of Influencer Marketing & Brand Advocacy, you will help architect and execute multi-tiered influencer strategies that connect our brand with the right creators, communities, and cultural moments.
You will support the management of localized strategies, laddering into the overarching approach to ensure consistent brand awareness, perception, and experiences.
You are someone who treats talent relationships as long-term partnerships, understands the creator economy from nano to macro, and knows how to translate cultural engagement into business results.
Support the Global Director in developing and executing global influencer marketing and communications strategies to achieve brand objectives across key markets.
Assist in building 360° go-to-market and campaign presentations, coordinating across internal teams and external agency partners.
Conduct ongoing market research, applying insights to campaign planning, influencer briefs, reporting, and relevant materials.
Partner cross-functionally with brand, creative, social, PR, DTC e-commerce, and retail partner teams to develop integrated, platform-specific influencer strategies.
Build and maintain authentic, long-term relationships with influencers, creators, talent agencies, and management companies across all tiers — nano, micro, macro, and celebrity.
Requirements
4–7 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, talent management, paid partnerships, and earned community building.
Deep familiarity with the influencer marketing landscape, creator economy, and social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest).
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, with strong project management and organizational skills.
Experience with influencer management and analytics platforms (e.g., CreatorIQ, Traackr, Tribe Dynamics, GRIN, Brandwatch, or similar).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey brand messaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proven ability to build authentic relationships with creators, talent agencies, and brand partners.
Experience supporting the full campaign lifecycle: brief development, talent negotiation, content review, go-live, and reporting.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is a plus.
