Senior Manager, Accounting & Reporting

Role Overview

• Overseeing the day-to-day accounting and reporting functions for the firm’s evergreen fund strategy
• Managing monthly NAV reporting cycles
• Preparing quarterly and annual financial statements and other monthly SEC filings
• Investigation and resolution of complex accounting matters
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Leading and managing internal and external audits

Requirements

• Minimum of 8-10+ years of experience in accounting within the asset management or financial services industry
• Experience with investment company accounting and semi-liquid or evergreen fund structures preferred
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS and SEC reporting and regulations
• Understanding of complex private equity fund structures
• Effective analytical, organizational, and oral and written communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong aptitude for learning new technology platforms
