Insurance Defense Attorney

Role Overview

• Represents clients in all areas of insurance defense practice
• Manages all phases of cases from intake to resolution
• Litigates low complexity and exposure cases
• Prepares pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs
• Attends hearings, conferences, mediations, and trials

Requirements

• 1-3 years of NY PIP experience preferred
• Licensed to practice Law in applicable states required upon hire
• Civil litigation and/or personal/bodily injury experience preferred
