Conduct full-cycle recruitment for all positions, including sourcing, screening, facilitating scheduling interviews, and creating offer letters for approval
Assist with benefits administration and maintain accurate employee records
Assist with facilitation of Culture Onboardings
Stay up to date on federal and US employment laws and regulations
Maintain awareness of People & Culture (HR) trends, best practices, and regulatory changes
Foster a positive workplace culture through communication and an open-door policy
Perform any additional duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of People & Culture (HR) generalist experience, with a strong focus on full-cycle recruiting
Proficient understanding of federal and United States employment laws
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace change
Proficient in Google Suite
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
