Build financial profitability models for products (SKUs), assessing the impact on operating margins using key metrics;
Execute action plans, ensuring compliance with decisions made (product retention or discontinuation);
Conduct market analyses and opportunity studies to maximize profitability across different business lines;
Integrate revenue, cost and operational indicator information, translating data into analyses that guide strategic decisions;
Parameterize and analyze the long-term model, providing profitability scenarios under different assumptions and microeconomic variables;
Develop and present executive and managerial materials (reports and presentations for the board and committees);
Contribute to the standardization of metrics and calculation methodologies, promoting alignment across departments;
Foster a data
and results-driven management culture within the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related fields;
Strong experience in Planning, Performance, Corporate Finance or MIS;
Experience in financial feasibility/viability modeling;
Experience in projects for cost optimization, revenue maximization and KPI improvement;
Preparation of executive and managerial materials (presentations for the board, committees and stakeholders);
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
Preferably experience in large companies or organizations with multiple operational units;
Experience evaluating market opportunities and conducting sector benchmarking;
Knowledge of financial indicators (EBITDA, operating margin, ROI, WACC, payback);
Experience with programming/analytics tools (VBA, Power BI, SQL Server or Python).
