Ensure effective monitoring and follow-up of purchase orders to avoid any disruption to the production plan.
Manage the full procurement process from requisition to payment while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure supply continuity, improve performance, and resolve issues.
Identify and participate in cost optimization and value creation initiatives within procurement operations.
Collaborate closely with Category Lead of raw and packaging material, supply Planning, Quality, Finance, and Production teams to guarantee material availability and balanced inventory levels.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and compliance.
Follow up on supplier claims and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
Requirements
Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Logistics Management.
Minimum of 4 years in a similar role (Pharmaceutical raw material procurement)
Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its procurement dynamics.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in SAP (MM module) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of international trade rules, Incoterms, and transport regulations.
Ability to prepare and consolidate procurement performance reports.
Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
