- Empirically develop scoring rules & program scoring algorithms for COA measures
- Program simulation datasets and scoring of domains
- Implement new statistical features and capabilities in user tools
- Provide programming support for new COA measures & endpoints
- Collaborate with data scientists for algorithm validation
Requirements
- Advanced degree in statistics or psychometrics
- Statistical and psychometric research skills
- Strong computer skills, including Base SAS and R
- Experience with AI tools and their application
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
