Role Overview
- Senior Salesforce Consultant working on strategic projects
- Map business processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions
- Design functional and technical architecture across multiple clouds
- Configure, customize, and integrate Salesforce with other systems
- Lead discovery, refinement, and stakeholder alignment
- Guide the technical team and review delivered solutions
- Ensure platform quality, performance, and governance
- Drive continuous improvement and the Salesforce roadmap for clients
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Senior Salesforce Consultant on complex projects
- Proficiency in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (configuration and best practices)
- Experience in process design, requirements gathering, and functional documentation
- Experience with integrations (APIs, middleware, or similar)
- Proficient English for technical reading and participation in meetings
- Previous experience working remotely and under a contractor (PJ) arrangement
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Consultant, Architect, Dev) | Differentials
- Experience with Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, or CPQ
- Background in consulting firms or multinational projects
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Ability to facilitate workshops and deliver executive presentations
