Role Overview
- Lead solutions that generate business impact
- Design and develop solutions on the Salesforce platform (Apex, Lightning, APIs)
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Work on integrations between Salesforce and other systems
- Ensure code quality, testing, and best practices
- Support platform architecture and technical decision-making
- Collaborate with Product, Business and QA teams
- Mentor mid-level and junior team members
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Salesforce Developer (senior level)
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Triggers, Lightning Web Components
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.)
- Background in complex, multi-org or multi-cloud projects
- Knowledge of best practices, unit testing and version control (Git)
- Previous experience working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Fluent Portuguese and availability to work as a contractor (PJ)
- Salesforce certifications (advantage): Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, Architect
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Experience Cloud
- Experience with CI/CD for Salesforce (DevOps Center, Copado, Gearset, etc.)
- Previous work in consultancies or large-scale projects
