About this role
Role Overview
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and mobility.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment and patient goals.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
Educate patients and their families on the therapeutic process, home exercise programs, and injury prevention.
Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and speech therapists.
Requirements
Graduate of a physical therapy curriculum accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) or the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy (CAPT).
Hold a valid State Physical Therapy License.
