Elicit requirements to be supported by systems, conducting interviews and workshops with stakeholders to understand the problems and/or objectives to be achieved and that will add business value;
Analyze, negotiate and specify requirements, developing scenarios and building prototypes of system changes, mapping processes and modeling data, and evaluating integration among the company's systems, with the goal of designing a new system or adapting existing systems;
Support and follow the system development phase, clarifying developers' questions and supplementing specifications when necessary to ensure correct implementation of the system design;
Plan and execute tests to evaluate system functionality, verifying compliance with business requirements and quality standards;
Support stakeholders in validating the system design, oversee acceptance testing and manage any adjustments required, ensuring a quality delivery;
Manage system deployment, planning and overseeing installation and data migration when required, to ensure successful changes to the company's operational routines and processes;
Monitor the use of the delivered system, supporting users to identify and address any errors and potential improvements.
