Provide direct support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a small group residential setting or an individual living arrangement.
Work together with the people served, their families, friends, employers, and other support staff.
Foster independence skills or increase each person's quality of life.
Administrate medication under the Medication Administration Program (MAP).
Implement treatment plans and assist with activities of daily living.
Strengthen residents' connection to their community by providing transportation on outings.
Requirements
Required to work a minimum of 2 direct care shifts per month.
One to three months experience in a human services setting.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Must present a valid driver’s license at the time of employment.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must maintain a safe driving record.
Benefits
Current Bonus Program: Beginning January 1, 2026, through June 2026 Employees are eligible for one of the following bonuses based on the number of hours worked. The maximum bonus to be paid in a month is $150.
$100 bonus for staff working their first 24 direct care shift hours in a month.
$150 bonus for staff working their first 32 direct care shift hours in a month.
This program does not apply to training hours completed.
