Responsible for coding, unit testing, building high performance and scalable applications that meet the needs of millions of Walmart-International customers, in the areas of supply chain management & Customer experience.
Drive design, documentation, development and deployment of medium to complex product solutions at scale impacting the sellers.
Interact with Walmart engineering teams across geographies to leverage expertise and contribute to the tech community.
Engage with Product Management and Business to drive the agenda, set your priorities and deliver awesome products.
Mentor the junior engineers in the team.
Drive the success of the implementation by applying technical skills, to design and build enhanced processes and technical solutions in support of strategic initiatives.

Degree in B.Tech. / B.E. / M.Tech. / M.S.
6 to 10 years of experience in design and development of highly scalable applications and platform development in product based companies or R&D divisions.
Strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, design patterns.
Extensive hands on experience building services using these technologies Java, Springboot, Microservices.
Hands on experience or good understanding of NoSQL databases and Big data (Cassandra, Kafka, Spark).
Experience in various middleware frameworks and technologies in distributed applications.
Experience in working with Caching technology like Redis, Mem cache or other related Systems.
CI/CD development environments/tools: Git, Docker, Kubernetes.
Experience utilizing monitoring and alert tools like Prometheus, Splunk, and other related systems and excellent in debugging and troubleshooting issues.
Additional Qualifications: Exposure to cloud infrastructures, such as Open Stack, Azure, GCP, or AWS
Experience with mobile (web/native) development
Exposure to full stack development
Proficient in new and emerging technologies.
