About this role
Role Overview
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation solutions to ensure the quality of software products.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product engineering, and UX, to understand requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions to improve Quality.
- Own test strategy, automation frameworks, and quality processes across projects.
- Develop and execute automated and manual tests, manage project deliverables, and ensure timely releases.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging modern tools, coding standards, and DevOps practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in iOS test automation using Swift or Objective-C, with strong hands-on expertise in Appium (required) and XCUITest or similar frameworks.
- Solid understanding of iOS architecture, APIs, and mobile testing strategies.
- Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
- Skilled in functional, regression, and integration testing for mobile apps.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement reliable solutions.
- Experience mentoring engineers and promoting quality best practices, with strong collaboration, documentation, and requirement analysis skills.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area or 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
