About this role
Role Overview
Deliver exceptional customer support to agents, associations, and insurance carriers
Foster and sustain positive, professional relationships with agents, associations, and insurance providers
Respond to phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally
Undertake additional responsibilities related to the Broker Support role as assigned by your immediate manager
Propose enhancements for processes and technology to improve efficiency
Maintain and update the department’s process manual
Requirements
Previous experience in office administration is required
Capable of managing tight deadlines and multiple priorities effectively
Effective problem-solving and investigative skills
Reliable, trustworthy, proactive, with a keen sense of ownership and initiative
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Approachable and professional in delivering suboptimal information via in-person, phone, and email interactions
Strong computer skills with a capacity to learn new systems
Ability to handle stressful situations with a positive, proactive attitude
Must reside and be authorized to work in the United States
