About this role
Role Overview
Proactively manage and expand our distribution network in Central Germany.
Strengthen contacts with decision-makers at store, regional and national levels.
Acquire new retail partners and ensure optimal product distribution.
Conduct sales meetings and negotiations with retail decision-makers.
Regularly visit retail locations to ensure product visibility and availability.
Train in-store sales staff on our products.
Implement promotions and marketing initiatives to increase sales.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize distribution strategies.
Requirements
Completed commercial/business education or equivalent qualification.
Strong field sales experience and retail background.
Solid knowledge of the FMCG market in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
Experience in the pet specialty trade (pet stores) or in selling complex/technical products is a plus.
Fluent German (minimum C1).
Permanent residence in Central Germany (Thuringia, Saxony-Anhalt, southern Lower Saxony, eastern Hesse).
