Requirements
A leadership track record of 10+ years in Software Engineering with 2+ years of formal people management, specifically leading teams through complex architectural shifts.
Observability DNA, a deep understanding of Observability and the OpenTelemetry ecosystem (Collector, SDKs, OTLP, Semantic Conventions) and a passion for modern observability patterns.
Proven experience managing high-throughput distributed systems on Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE) at a scale that breaks standard configurations.
