Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in a related administrative field such as International Business, Logistics, Business Administration, Communications, or similar.
1+ year of prior experience in operations, coordination, administrative, or support functions, highly desired
Proficient English communication skills, verbal and written (C1)
Strong ability to track tasks, engage stakeholders, and drive items to closure
Proficiency in preparing reports, summaries, and structured documentation
Skilled in AI applications and receptive to innovative solutions
Demonstrated commitment to maintaining accurate and complete system updates and operational data
Clear written and verbal communication with SRM teams and internal stakeholders
Proficiency with internal tools, CRM platforms, and shared tracking systems
Familiarity with operational metrics, risk tracking, or growth-related reporting. Experience working with cross-functional or global teams.
