Role Overview
- Establishing, documenting, advancing, and maintaining the enterprise's information landscape.
- Driving enterprise-wide alignment and reuse of business concepts and data definitions.
- Collaborating across teams and educating the information architecture community.
- Reviewing and governing enterprise standards for ontology modeling and semantic alignment.
- Ensuring adherence to industry best practices in information architecture and data governance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in information architecture, data governance, semantic modeling, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated understanding of enterprise metadata management and business glossary tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation, Informatica, Atlan).
- Experience with documenting, designing, and governing ontologies, taxonomies, conceptual models, and semantic frameworks at enterprise scale.
- Advanced understanding of data governance principles, data lifecycle management, data quality, and stewardship.
