Applies expertise in instructional design, cognitive psychology, and adult learning theory
Manages projects throughout the entire lifecycle, including monitoring and reporting on performance and outcomes
Designs and develops learning solutions for Medicare Care Management
Collaborates with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, current, and relevant
Tracks and analyzes training program outcomes, focusing on learner satisfaction, proficiency, and job performance improvement
Requirements
2 or more years of experience managing projects of progressive complexity
5 or more years of instructional design and development experience including creation of CBT's, PowerPoint, Facilitator Guides, Job Aids, Self-Paced Learning
Experience with one or more of the following learning software: Storyline, Camtasia, Articulate 360, and/or Vyond
Demonstrated experience distilling data and presenting to leadership
