Senior Learning Design Professional

Role Overview

• Applies expertise in instructional design, cognitive psychology, and adult learning theory
• Manages projects throughout the entire lifecycle, including monitoring and reporting on performance and outcomes
• Designs and develops learning solutions for Medicare Care Management
• Collaborates with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, current, and relevant
• Tracks and analyzes training program outcomes, focusing on learner satisfaction, proficiency, and job performance improvement

Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience managing projects of progressive complexity
• 5 or more years of instructional design and development experience including creation of CBT's, PowerPoint, Facilitator Guides, Job Aids, Self-Paced Learning
• Experience with one or more of the following learning software: Storyline, Camtasia, Articulate 360, and/or Vyond
• Demonstrated experience distilling data and presenting to leadership
