Technical Product Manager

Role Overview

• Drive strategy, vision, and delivery of the Client Integration Platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, customer-focused solutions.
• Own the product lifecycle from planning to release.
• Define and manage the product roadmap.
• Translate business needs into epics, user stories, and requirements.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog.
• Work closely with Agile teams to ensure efficient delivery.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and shape solutions.
• Support integration design and collaborate with engineering teams.
• Contribute to product documentation, releases, and training materials.
• Support internal teams and align with stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or Product Owner.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working across business and technical teams.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience with integration platforms or complex systems is a plus.
• Able to collaborate with international teams, including overlap with US working hours.
